If the site received students, the primary preceptor must follow the steps below to verify there is not a conflict of employment:
- Log in to the UW School of Pharmacy Experiential Portal https://experiential.sop.pharmacy.wisc.edu/
- Click on Intranet Login
- Enter your NetID and Password
- Select Experiential Portal (You should now be on your information page)
- See “Students in Need of Employment Conflict Designation” on the top of the page (Only individuals who are the main contact at the site will see this)
- Verify the conflict of interest and submit by Friday, December 5
- Note: If you are a Froedtert Hospital preceptor, conflict of employment will be completed by the student rotation management team.
